Include an e-mail address, phone number, or website on your R.S.V.P card. This gives people any easier opportunity to respond to you without having to mail a card back.
Include a stamped envelope for them to send the card back in. The envelopes should already have your address on the card.
Make sure you set your “respond by” date at least 1 week before your reception center or caterer needs the final count.
Be prepared to call the stragglers!
By incorporating these things into your RSVP card, your guests will, hopefully, be more inclined to respond, which will mean less headaches for you!
